Studios and faculties

There is a Classroom plan for faculties and tailored packages for studios. See the education page and the plans, and write to us with the number of people.

If you ask for help: what is useful for us to know

  • Which viewer you use (Meta Quest 3, which phone) and the app version you have installed.
  • The Rhino version and the EsSync plug-in version.
  • What you were doing, what you expected to happen and what happened. A screenshot or a short video helps a lot.
  • If it is a connection problem: whether the PC and the viewer are on the same Wi-Fi network and whether Windows allowed the server on private networks.
  • If you can, the server log file: %LOCALAPPDATA%\E-SPACE\servidor\servidor.log.
